It sets two cookies on wastify.co.uk and Microsoft sets its own on clarity.ms. Microsoft handles that data under its own privacy statement, which may involve processing outside the UK. Nothing here is shared with an advertising network.

Buildings should own their waste data. Recycling rates should be verified. Tenant costs should be fair. ESG reports should survive an audit. Most buildings have none of that today, and Wastify AI exists to change it, building by building.
