The connected estate
Every estate number starts at a bin.
Waste tonnage, service proof, cost per site, the ESG disclosure: they all descend from what physically happened in the building. Wastify AI is where that record is born, weighed and photographed at the scale. Three sister products carry the same record to everywhere it has to stand up.

The weak link
An estate report is only as good as its waste line.
- The tonnage is an estimate: a container count multiplied by an assumed fill and an assumed density. Nobody weighed anything, so it reconciles to nothing.
- The proof of collection is the contractor’s own paperwork, produced by the company being paid on it.
- The cost arrives from finance in one lump at year end, allocated by cost centre rather than by building, which is the level the report needs.
- And when assurance follows the number back to whoever produced it, the trail ends at a spreadsheet nobody can defend.

Assurance does not stop at the report. It follows every figure back to its source, and on most estates the source does not exist.
Four products, one chain
Measured at the source. Standing everywhere.
Each product owns one link, and every record carries the same identifier, so a figure in a disclosure can be followed back to the weighing that produced it. Wastify AI is the first link, because the physical measurement is the one nobody can reconstruct later.
You do not need the other three.
Wastify AI runs your buildings on its own and always will. The chain is what becomes available when the estate already runs one of the others, or asks whether the waste record can feed it.
One record id, end to end.
The same identifier sits on the weighing at the scale, the collection that removed it, the cost line that priced it and the figure in the disclosure. Nothing is re-keyed between systems.
The building’s data stays the building’s.
What crosses the chain is what the building publishes: proof, per period. Tenant identities beyond their own line and commercial terms never travel.

Why it matters
What the chain buys the building.
An ESG report that survives assurance
The waste line in the disclosure descends to weighed, photographed records. When the reviewer follows it down, there is somewhere to arrive.
A service charge that survives dispute
Recharges stand on the same records the disclosure stands on. One evidence base, every audience.
Compliance as an export
Duty of care and Digital Waste Tracking read the same chain: what was produced, who handled it, where it went, with the evidence attached.
No quarterly reconstruction
The estate stops asking the building to rebuild what happened, because the record already exists and is already published.
