Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and session replay. It records mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and which pages you visit, with images and anything you type masked before it leaves your browser. It sets two cookies on wastify.co.uk and Microsoft sets its own on clarity.ms. Microsoft handles that data under its own privacy statement, which may involve processing outside the UK. Nothing here is shared with an advertising network.

How is Wastify AI priced?
Per building, based on the hardware fitted and the size of the estate. Software, reporting and support are included; there is no per user charge, so porters, managers and tenants can all have access.
What hardware does a building need?
At minimum one connected scale in the waste room. Larger buildings add more scales and kiosk screens. Hardware is supplied and supported by Wastify AI under the hardware terms.
Can the recharging pay for the system?
In multi tenant buildings, weight based recharging routinely recovers waste costs that were previously split by floor area. Many landlords fund the platform from the difference between assumed and actual tenant waste.
How long does installation take?
A standard waste room is fitted and live in a day. Historic data starts building from the first weighing, and the first monthly report follows the first full month.
