The six components

Hardware, AI and RFID. One ecosystem.

Six connected components cover every stage of waste inside a commercial building: capture at the kiosk, identity on the bag, recognition at the bin, audit by photograph, and verification at collection. Everything feeds the same record.

The components

Wastify Touch

The smart kiosk in the waste room: 15.6 inch touchscreen, integrated smart scale, RFID reader and camera. Included with the platform. Four steps per stream standard; one with RFID. Large targets, works with gloves, multi-language.

RFID Bags

Bags pre-tagged with tenant and stream before they reach the waste room. The reader detects everything at the scale; staff weigh and confirm. Tamper-proof chain of custody, zero selection errors. Priced per unit.

WasteID Scan

Browser-based AI item recognition on any phone. Photograph an item and every component routes to its bin, colour-coded, with contamination risks flagged. No app. Included.

WasteID Kiosk

An always-on camera at the bin station. Hold the item up; the screen shows which bin, part by part; it resets for the next person. No phone, no QR, no friction. Optional add-on, deployed at any or all stations.

WasteID Audit

Staff photograph any bin and get instant contamination scoring in grams, a shareable PDF report, and automatic alerts to the tenant and building manager when thresholds are exceeded. Included.

Contractor Mode

Verified collection weighing at the point waste leaves the building, on the same kiosk. The building owns the data; the invoice becomes checkable. Included.

The film label contaminates the recycling stream, so it is the part that gets flagged. Contamination happens at component level; so does the guidance.

Why an ecosystem beats a point product

Every competitor covers one piece: bag tracking without a platform, recognition without hardware, dashboards without capture, weighing without intelligence. The value is in the connections: the tag that identifies the bag, the scale that verifies the weight, the camera that evidences it, the record that prices it.

They sell you a piece. We give you the whole picture.
