Measurement

Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and session replay. It records mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and which pages you visit, with images and anything you type masked before it leaves your browser. It sets two cookies on wastify.co.uk and Microsoft sets its own on clarity.ms. Microsoft handles that data under its own privacy statement, which may involve processing outside the UK. Nothing here is shared with an advertising network.

Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the Wastify AI platform, hardware or related services provided by Wastify AI Ltd ("Wastify", "we", "us"). It exists to keep the platform safe, the data trustworthy and the service reliable for every building that depends on it.

1. Permitted use

The Services are provided for recording, managing and reporting waste from the buildings covered by your agreement, and for the related workflows the platform offers, such as recharging, auditing and reporting.

2. You must not

  • Falsify, manipulate or fabricate waste records, weights or photographic evidence.
  • Access or attempt to access data belonging to another customer, building or company without authorisation.
  • Share account credentials, or access the platform with credentials that are not yours.
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform, or breach or circumvent its security or authentication, except under a written security testing agreement with Wastify.
  • Introduce malware, or use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful material.
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Services, including placing unreasonable load on the platform through automated means.
  • Tamper with, disassemble or modify Wastify hardware, or use it other than as instructed.
  • Use the Services to infringe the rights, including privacy rights, of any person, or otherwise break the law.
  • Resell, sublicense or make the Services available to third parties except as agreed in writing.

3. Photographic evidence

Cameras in the platform exist to photograph waste, not people. Do not use capture devices to deliberately photograph individuals, and follow the signage and guidance applicable in your building.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, taking the least disruptive step available. Serious breaches may be treated as material breach of your agreement. Where the law requires it, we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
